- Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings and conference calls.
- Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
- Understanding of client’s requirements.
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
- Maintaining the candidates’ database of various levels.
- Regular Interaction with the client.
- Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.
Essential Conditions:
- Candidate must be either from Noida/Greater Noida or Ready to relocate.

- Decent communication skills.
