Grievance Redressal
We believe in prompt and fair resolution of all concerns. Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism includes:
- A dedicated grievance email and helpline.
- Response within 3ā5 working days for initial acknowledgement.
- Resolution within 15 working days, depending on the nature of the grievance.
For escalations, matters can be addressed directly to the Management Desk via official communication channels.
